It’s no secret that remote work has become popular since the pandemic (we may be biased, but we think it’s awesome). According to Forbes, 74% of workers expect that it will become the norm + LinkedIn reported that remote job postings have risen 357%.

Following the trends, COhatch is bringing four new coworking locations to the Indy area, including Zionsville, Carmel, Polk Stables, and Circle Centre.

Its flagship location in Broad Ripple opened in spring 2021 + preserved an old church’s architecture to create a new space for the community to meet and work.

Here’s the breakdown of what’s to come:

📍 Zionsville | 75 N. Main St.

Expected to open early this year, the 11,035 sqft space at the former Nancy Noel studio will offer 25 private offices and 100+ coworking seats. It’ll have patio space where you can enjoy food and drink options from its feature partner North High Brewing.

📍 Carmel | 38 E. Main St.

This 11,300 sqft facility will take the place of the former Old Town antique store + offer 30 private offices and 75+ coworking seats when it’s completed this spring. It will also have an event space that can host 20+ people for meetings or social gatherings.

📍 Polk Stables | 1533 Lewis St.

You could say this location is milking a great opportunity at the site of the former Polk Sanitary Milk Company. This 21,741 sqft facility will also include a makerspace + some artist studios, plus 38 private offices, 100+ coworking seats, and patio space. It’s expected to open in the spring.

📍 Circle Centre | 49 W. Maryland St.

Also slated to open in spring, this will be COhatch’s first downtown location + bring a new life to the former Granite City Brewing site in Circle Centre Mall. It will have 21 private offices and coworking seats, and an expansive speakeasy that includes “The Crown Jewel” lounge.
