THE WRAP
Today’s issue was written by Anna.
Editor’s pick: One dining experience I wish Indy had was cheese wheel pasta. I’ve never tried it, but watching strands of linguini being tossed in a fiery pit of parmesan is on my bucket list. I hear Catello’s Italian Art Cuisine on 82nd Street will sometimes offer the delicacy, but I’d love to see it on a set menu. In the meantime, I’ll settle for a raclette sandwich from Gold Leaf.
