THE WRAP

Editor’s pick: I’m so excited to have a little self-care day of my own this Saturday at Epicenter-Indy. They were offering couples massages around Valentine’s Day, so I immediately had to book it. If you haven’t been to Epicenter, I highly recommend checking it out. I also tried a sound bath for the first time there and it was so relaxing. Get to know their practitioners and their offerings.
