Two brothers are looking to revitalize a more than 100-year-old building near Garfield Park. Kirk Realty team purchased the Yoke Buildingfor $390,000 and hope to turn it into an area that will house small businesses and include luxury apartments. The Indianapolis-based NCAA announced yesterday that the city will host the 2028 Division I women’s Final Four on March 31 and April 2 of that year. The last time Indy hosted the event was in 2016. The games are expected to be played at Gainbridge Fieldhouse. This will be the fourth time the city has hosted the event. 🏀 (IBJ)

Colts ownerJim Irsay made a $1 million donation to the Indianapolis Zoo. The gift will help fund the construction of a new Indianapolis Colts Welcome Center Plaza, which is already in progress and scheduled to open Memorial Day weekend 2023. 💰 (WTHR)

Sleigh bells ring, are you listening?
If you are, you might hear the sound of a G-scale model train too, which is a part of the Eiteljorg Museum’sJingle Rails exhibit. 🚂
This western wonderland-themed display includes nine tiny trains that wind their way through a miniature landscape, featuring downtown landmarks like Lucas Oil Stadium, Monument Circle, and the museum itself, plus sights from the American west.

I took my mom to see the Jingle Rails exhibit at the Eiteljorg and we had a fabulous time admiring all the miniature landmarks.
