500 apartments are planned for The Stutz development on the northern edge of downtown. The developers are in the pre-development stage on the projects next to the Stutz complex, and plans for the apartments could include a certain portion of affordable housing, which is incentivized by the DMD. The Young at Heart Senior Line Dancers have been grooving for 15 years, as of this year.
