From the editor
After doing a lot of yoga studio research, this is making me want to try paddle board yoga and HOTWORX. Over the summer, I tried paddle boarding for the first time and love it, so incorporating yoga would be so fun. I’ve also been wanting to get back in the gym and HOTWORX sounds like it could be perfect for me because I don’t always get a good sweat on.
