Invoke Studio, 970 Fort Wayne Ave., Ste. C
Invoke has a month-long Intro to Yoga series for brand-new yoga students or those who would like to review the foundation of yoga. Beginning the first week of each month, the instructors will introduce you to basic alignment + breathing techniques in a non-competitive, fun, and relaxed atmosphere.
Fountain Square Yoga, 1651 English Ave.
This community-based studio offers private sessions if the class setting just isn’t for you. Pro tip: New students get one month unlimited for $49.

kOMpose Yoga, 6201 Winthrop Ave.
This Broad Ripple studio claims to be the friendliest in Indy. It offers a variety of classes in-studio, outside, and virtually. Pro tip: New students get 30 days for $49.
Studio You Yoga, 862 S. State Rd. 135, Greenwood
Southsiders, this studio is for you. It offers a variety of classes and workshops with a focus on creating a space for those of all experience levels and backgrounds to practice yoga. There’s a donation-based community yoga session on Sunday, Dec. 3 that will be offered as a way yogis can help those in the community with food or monetary donations. Pro tip: You can try 21 days of unlimited yoga for $30.
Every week, 10 registrants are selected for a free paddle board session on the Canal.
HOTWORX, 337 Mass Ave.
This is a 24-hour infrared fitness studio that offers hot yoga classes, as well as hot pilates, core, cycle, and other workouts if you want to change things up. Pro tip: When you sign up for more information about memberships, you get your first session free.
