Breaking down our score
Indianapolis rose 28 spots in 2024. It went from No. 69 last year to No. 41 this year — beating its No. 56 rank in 2021.
Most impressive are Indy’s improvements when it comes to housing affordability. Previously, the area ranked No. 61 in housing affordability. In 2022, it shot up to the top of tier two at No. 55. This has made Indianapolis a hot spot for Gen Z homebuyers, bringing young talent to the city.
Your must-have from Six & Main’s winter skin edit, featuring face wash, lip balm, and serums to keep your skin hydrated and radiant during the cooler months. Did we mention all products are from small businesses, too?
If you’re near Whitestown, I recommend checking out the recently opened Harmony Asian Bistro at 6388 Mills Dr. It has dim sum on the menu + everything I tried there was yummy and the service is great.
