ICYMI: Earlier this year, Simon Property Group announced a redevelopment opportunity that would take Saks Fifth Avenue and turn it into a multi-story project called One Keystone Crossing.
The project will add new dining + entertainment options, along with office space overlooking an outdoor plaza. It’s planned to open in late 2026.
In the meantime, several new retailers are joining The Fashion Mall’s directory:
David Yurman: The luxury jewelry and timepiece brand is set to open their brand-new location this month across from Louis Vuitton, near Gucci and Anthropologie.
Marc Jacobs: The renowned clothing + accessories brand is set to open this November, next to Altar’d State.
State & Liberty: The trendy brand makes athletic and performance fabric clothing for men + will open a pop-up location this November before moving to a new location with the completion of the redevelopment.
The Best Chocolate in Town: The local company is relocating to offer customers more than a chocolate fix. The new location can be found near Doc. B’s.
