Upscale Mexican eatery Festiva announced its last day of business at 1217 E. 16th St. was this past Sunday. However, the fiesta isn’t over yet — the restaurant has been sold and plans to reopen in a new location in late 2025.
Closing
Windsor Jewelry, which has been in business in Indy since 1919 and currently operates at 16 N. Meridian St., will close its doors in January. The owner is retiring + liquidating all stock — but is open to selling the name to potential buyers. (IBJ)

A new grocery store is rolling into the far east side — literally. The “Mobile Community Grocery Store,” created by Mt. Carmel Baptist Church, is located inside a trailer + will serve the community three days a week. (WTHR)
