Eat

The Garage Food Hall has a new tenant: Yoke Social Table. It’s now open during regular food hall hours and serving salads, sandwiches, and bowls crafted with fresh ingredients — giving Garage-goers another delicious option to try.

Opening

Speaking of salads, soon there will be another location to get your favorite bowls. Sweetgreen will celebrate its grand opening at Clay Terrace in Carmel on Tuesday, Nov. 26 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. For every meal purchased on opening day, it will donate a meal to Second Helpings.

Travel

More flight options are landing at IND for jet-setting Hoosiers. The airport is adding a nonstop flight to Portland, Oregon. Allegiant Air will begin flying nonstop from Indianapolis to Portland twice weekly beginning Friday, May 23. See ya soon, PDXtoday. (IBJ)

Closed

Gallery Pastry announced on social media that it closed its 16th Street location for good — just months after shuttering its other downtown location. Its final restaurant at 4573 N. College Ave. remains open.

Community

The city and Indy Parks unveiled a new first-of-its-kind basketball pavilion located at 3400 N. Hawthorne Lane. The new basketball courts at Wes Montgomery Park Basketball Pavilion come with bleachers, lighting, and a roof. (WTHR)
