The AMP at 16 Tech will be getting tipsy next month. SipEasy, a community bar space designed for sipping, sharing, and connecting, will open on Tuesday, June 10. Follow along for a grand opening celebration announcement.
Development
Westfield continues its wild expansion. A Chicago-based contractor submitted plans for a $100 million project comprised of 43,000-sqft of retail space, 15,500-sqft of office space, 235 apartments, and an art plaza. A public hearing about the project will be held on Monday, June 2 at 7 p.m. (IBJ)
Legacy
The Colts released a new jersey patch honoring owner and CEO Jim Irsay, which will be prominently displayed during the upcoming season. The team also shared that plans for a public tribute to Irsay will be announced at a later date. (WTHR)
