It is a truth universally acknowledged, that a Hoosier in need of the best fall leaf peeping, must go to Brown County.

But Indy has its own spectacular colors, too. We’ve put together a list of places in town you can go to watch autumn blossom... err, fall.

Eagle Creek Park
With 3,900 acres to explore, there’s no shortage of fall colors here. This map will help you identify specific trees around the Earth Discovery Center.

Crown Hill Cemetery
From the top of the hill, you’ll have an excellent view of the changing colors of 11,000+ cemetery trees.

Holcomb Gardens
Explore 20 acres of trees and scenic surprises like lakes, waterfalls, gazebos, statues, and memorials.

Oliver’s Woods
Right in the heart of Keystone at the Crossing is this hidden gem, with wooded paths offering an array of autumn colors. Pro tip: Use the canoe launch to get on the White River and experience fall’s beauty from a different vantage point.

The Picklr is coming to the North Mass Avenue Corridor in summer 2026, with a 32,000-sqft facility at 1255 Roosevelt Ave. If you haven’t had a chance to visit one of its other locations yet, here’s what to expect. (WTHR)
