INDYtoday: INDY_Downtown Ritz Carlton Hotel Live Nation music venue rendering_JAN26

Construction on the Live Nation music venue is expected to wrap in the fall of 2027, and The Ritz-Carlton is scheduled to open in early 2028.

This is the suite life. Boxcar Development broke ground yesterday on the redevelopment of the former CSX building downtown. The transformation will include Indy’s first Ritz-Carlton Hotel, a 4,000-person capacity Live Nation music venue, and retail shops. (WTHR)
