The iconic espresso martini originated in the 90s but has since reemerged as a star, thanks to social media throughout the pandemic — even becoming one of the 10 most-ordered drinks in America in 2022.

This elegant brunch spot’s Carmel location offers its version of the espresso martini, Black Swan ($19), made with espresso, Ketel One Vodka, coffee liqueur, Irish cream liqueur, and housemade vanilla simple syrup + garnished with a Cake Bake Shop custom chocolate.
