As part of their 2021 Urban Oasis home giveaway, HGTV is listing a newly built + fully furnished home in Indianapolis — a grand prize valued at over $600,000.
The cozy one-story cottage is about 1,350 sqft with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The home features a 1980s-inspired design that incorporates blush + mauve accents.
This home isn’t quite what you’d expect with its bright colors + unique design, but interior designer Brian Patrick Flynn says the whole idea was to capture the “carefree, happy, supportive vibe that you see in Broad Ripple.”

The remodeling process began back in January of this year + the home was constructed by local builder Bespoke Construction.
