Gather 22 — a new spot to gather for food and drinks — is now open at 22 E. 22nd St. in the Fall Creek Place neighborhood. The new concept is serving up coffee, sandwiches, shareables, and cocktails. It will even be serving its famous Byrne’s Grilled Pizza.
Development
The City of Fishers announced plans for $3.7 million in infrastructure upgrades along the 96th Street corridor, just east of the I-69 interchange. Plans include additional streetlights and median and landscape construction, plus the city will offer facade improvement grants for commercial properties. (IBJ)

Colts owner Jim Irsay announced yesterday that rookie QB Anthony Richardson will undergo season-ending shoulder surgery. He injured his throwing shoulder during the Colts’ Week 5 win over the Tennessee Titans on Sunday, Oct. 8. (WTHR)

State health officials are working to give organizations a new kind of toolkit: Mental Health First Aid.
