Considering selling your house, but wish you could fast-forward through dealing with agents, home showings, and sorting through offers?

Good news: With Offerpad, you can. Offerpad was created by real estate experts who envisioned a better way to sell your home. By blending industry know-how with technology, they developed a convenient, seamless system for home sellers.

Here’s how it works:
  • Enter your home address on their website and receive a cash offer in 24 hours.
  • Accept your offer, pick your closing date and you’re on your way to sold — no showings, no hassle, just a quick cash sale.
  • If you choose to list your home, Offerpad can help with show-ready services like cleaning, yard work, handyman touch-ups, and more to get a great sale.
It’s the easiest way to sell. And Offerpad provides so much more than a great deal — you’ll get peace of mind, simplicity + freedom, too. You can’t put a price on that.

News Notes
Weather
  • If you’re not a fan of the cooler temperatures we’ve felt lately, here’s some good news. Normally, Indiana would be experiencing its first frost but next week, we’re looking at warmer temperatures in the 70s. (IndyStar)
Open
  • Gather 22 — a new spot to gather for food and drinks — is now open at 22 E. 22nd St. in the Fall Creek Place neighborhood. The new concept is serving up coffee, sandwiches, shareables, and cocktails. It will even be serving its famous Byrne’s Grilled Pizza.
Development
  • The City of Fishers announced plans for $3.7 million in infrastructure upgrades along the 96th Street corridor, just east of the I-69 interchange. Plans include additional streetlights and median and landscape construction, plus the city will offer facade improvement grants for commercial properties. (IBJ)
Sports
  • Colts owner Jim Irsay announced yesterday that rookie QB Anthony Richardson will undergo season-ending shoulder surgery. He injured his throwing shoulder during the Colts’ Week 5 win over the Tennessee Titans on Sunday, Oct. 8. (WTHR)
Health
  • State health officials are working to give organizations a new kind of toolkit: Mental Health First Aid. The free training program, which started early this year, teaches participants how to identify, understand, and respond to signs of mental health and substance use challenges. Find courses. (WISH)
Real Estate
  • You may recognize this from Netflix’s “Buying Beverly Hills.” Global, luxury real estate company The Agency is launching its first Indiana-based office. It’s headquartered in Zionsville at the historic Holliday House + its team of professionals turned $50 million in annual sales in 2022.
Feel Good
  • The spooky decorations in your neighborhood might actually have a heartwarming meaning. Many homes across the city are participating in Skeletons for Saint Jude Children’s Research Hospital — a Halloween decorating fundraiser to benefit the hospital and those seeking care. (WRTV)
