Get pumped Pacers fans — basketball is back (officially) on Monday, Oct. 23, with the first home game of the regular season on Sunday, Oct. 27.

Don’t have tickets yet? Act fast because single game tickets went on sale to the public earlier this week.

After last season’s exciting playoff run, the team hopes to build on their success for an even better year. During media day, General Manager Chad Buchanan said the front office was “hopeful” that the team would be in the race to garner a play-in spot.

The roster is looking good. Here’s what happened during the offseason:
  • Signed center James Wiseman, who was the No. 2 overall pick in 2020
  • Re-signed two-time All-Star Pascal Siakam to a multi-year contract
  • Re-signed high-flying forward Obi Toppin
  • Signed contract extensions with third-year guard Andrew Nembhard and veteran T.J. McConnell
  • Myles Turner will be entering his 10th season with the Blue + Gold
  • Rookies: Johnny Furphy (No. 35 overall), Tristen Newton (No. 49), and Enrique Freeman (No. 50).

We miss seeing this Pacers GOAT on the court.

In case you find yourself in the same situation as me, where your voter registration address is different than the address on your driver’s license, don’t worry.

As long as your voter registration has your current residential address by the deadline, the address on your license doesn’t have to match (as long as you have an Indiana ID). You can update your registration easily online.
