Ever thought about combining your morning coffee run with a cat adoption? Check out these local cat cafes that partner with local rescues + shelters, so you can rest assured that you’re helping cats in need.
Pro tip: Book reservations in advance to avoid a cat-astrophe if the cafes are full.
Nine Lives Cat Café | From seasonal lattes to 4 Birds Bakery pastries, the menu here is almost as sweet as the resident cats. Keep in mind that kids are only allowed in the lounge between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m.
Pawz Pet Cafe | Boba lovers will fall head over paws for this lounge, where the drink combos are endless. It also offers monthly memberships, so you can visit the cats as often as you like.
If you aren’t looking to adopt a pet but still want to help your community cats, I recommend getting an outdoor cat shelter. You can find options at your local pet store or online for as little as $30. The cats send their undying cat-itude.
