So you’re considering taking your professional education to the next level, but aren’t sure where to start? We’re here to help.
We recently connected with Michael Hasik, director of graduate business programs at the University of Indianapolis, to learn more about the school + its options.
Q: How can students determine the right program for their goals?
A: Meeting the needs of our students is the core of our mission. We offer three graduate degrees on the cutting edge of business education:
Masters of Business Administration (MBA) | The broadest option, including unique concentrations like AI & Analytics, Global Supply Chain Management, and Marketing
Masters of Science in Management (MSM) | Designed for professionals seeking to be experts in strategic planning, project management, workforce management, strategic communications + leadership
Each program is designed with stackable certificates, providing the flexibility of in-person, hybrid, and online classes. Students can personalize their degree at a pace and modality that suits their lifestyle.
Q: How does UIndy prepare students for success?
A: Our graduate courses are taught by dedicated faculty with an average of 15 years of work experience. This helps students to be well-prepared to enter the job market or advance in their careers upon graduation.
As an Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP)-accredited business school, we’re part of a diverse community that values intellectual growth and experiential learning.
Q: What resources are available to support MBA students throughout their program?
A: UIndy’s School of Business prioritizes personal attention, offering small, interactive classes and flexible programming that cater to student needs. Our MBA is anchored in applied learning—students “learn by doing.”
The hybrid model provides an ideal pairing of online classes with in-person, peer-to-peer networking and applied projects in the community.

We know some of you will be excited to see the pickleball and basketball courts in this rendering. | Rendering via @m30collective
If you’ve been here for a while, you might recall we told you about a big development project along the Monon Trail at 30th Street back in 2021. We’re finally getting an update on the project, which is now being called M30 Collective.
Monon 30 is already an entertainment and event venue, which recently hosted Ash & Elm Cider Co.'s Autumntidings Fall Festival, and will serve as the focal point of this development project that spans 46 acres from the 30th block to 38th block along the trail.
In addition to Monon 30, the project will also include:
A modern residential development called The Queue
Commercial hubs for restaurants and coffee shops
Pickleball courts
A design that will resemble the Nickel Plate trail with options for walkers, runners, and bikers
There’s no word on a timeline or when this development is expected to be complete, but we’ll keep you updated as we hear more.
The Buy
The Buy
Hair Food’s highly rated heat protectant spray. The sulfate and paraben-free formula features nourishing ingredients like coconut + argan oil. It’s suitable for all hair types and protects against heat damage up to 450°.
I remember covering the Monon 30 project when it was first announced, and I’m just as excited about it now as I was then. Especially now that I see pickleball and basketball courts are in the picture. We’ve gotten feedback that y’all want pickleball courts downtown, so get excited.
