If you’ve been here for a while, you might recall we told you about a big development project along the Monon Trail at 30th Street back in 2021. We’re finally getting an update on the project, which is now being called M30 Collective.

Monon 30 is already an entertainment and event venue, which recently hosted Ash & Elm Cider Co.'s Autumntidings Fall Festival, and will serve as the focal point of this development project that spans 46 acres from the 30th block to 38th block along the trail.

In addition to Monon 30, the project will also include:

  • A modern residential development called The Queue
  • Commercial hubs for restaurants and coffee shops
  • Pickleball courts
  • A design that will resemble the Nickel Plate trail with options for walkers, runners, and bikers

There’s no word on a timeline or when this development is expected to be complete, but we’ll keep you updated as we hear more.
