The Noblesville Event Center — a state-of-the-art multipurpose sports venue opening in the summer — announced it’s rebranding to “The Arena at Innovation Mile.” It will be home to the Pacers G-League team, the Indiana Mad Ants.

A City-County Council proposal is looking to change the city’s snow removal policy to include more residential streets, following dozens of complaints after this winter’s heavy snowfall. The public works committee is set to meet on Thursday, Feb. 13 at 5:30 p.m. to discuss the proposal. (WTHR)

Historic downtown jewelry store Windsor Jewelry, which announced it was closing last month, has found new owners. The store is open for “custom work and repairs” Tuesday-Saturday, and will be restocked with new inventory by the end of the week. (WTHR)

Indianapolis Animal Care Services (IACS) shelter is changing its Saturday hours. Starting Saturday, Feb. 8 it will be open from 12 to 7 p.m. (WRTV)

Heads up. The City of Carmel will begin constructing a roundabout at the intersection of East 96th Street + North College Avenue around March 17. There will be a full closure of the intersection for ~60 days. Get more details.
