Starter your engines. Sourdough is at an all-time high in popularity, according to Google Trends — and so is interest in making your own. And yes, it’s somehow even more popular than it was in 2020.
If you’re among those baking their way to a new year new you via flour and yeast, here are a few ways to get in on the action in Indy.

For those who prefer their sourdough made by an expert, there are a bunch of spots around town to get your fill of doughy goodness — like Amelia’s and Native Bread.
