The Baker’s House in Zionsville is an authentic sourdough bread company that opened its shop in January.

Starter your engines. Sourdough is at an all-time high in popularity, according to Google Trends — and so is interest in making your own. And yes, it’s somehow even more popular than it was in 2020.
