What’s sweeter than buying your berries from the supermarket? Picking them yourself. Here’s where you can find the juiciest strawberries, raspberries, and other produce at central Indiana u-pick farms.
Driving Wind Farm | This farm opened to the public in 2011 and is expanding its crop selection every year. This season, you can expect strawberry picking opportunities in June and blueberries + blackberries from late June into August.
Pro tip: Plan your berry picking adventure for early in the day, before exposed farm fields get too hot.
Spencer Berry Farm | This Noblesville favorite expects asparagus to be available soon, with strawberries following close behind. They get picked over quickly, so keep an eye out for updates — or visit for red raspberry picking beginning around mid-June.
Beasley’s Orchard | Beasley’s makes berry picking as easy as strawberry pie. Starting in late May, you can walk or take the free hayride shuttle to the strawberry patch, and the buckets the farm provides are yours to keep. Raspberry season is expected to begin in June as well.
