Indy-based New City Development is planning a mixed-use project on a 5-acre parking lot adjacent to The Children’s Museum. The project will include a 100-unit apartment building, four townhouse buildings, a Kids Dance Outreach studio, and a retail center. A timeline has not been shared. (IBJ)
