“We’re about to embark on a slam dunk, out-of-this-world, extraordinary, one-for-the-eras type of year,” said Visit Indy’s Morgan Snyder during its State of Tourism event.

From the NBA All-Star Weekend, to three nights with Taylor Swift, to the once-in-a-lifetime Total Solar Eclipse, to the US Olympic Swimming Trials, the city is buzzing with excitement — and there’s never been a better time to #LoveIndy.

This year is expected to be transformative for Indianapolis tourism, with 500+ conventions and events, including:

  • NFL Scouting Combine | Feb. 29-March 3
  • Sweets & Snacks Expo | May 14-16
  • Indiana Black Expo Summer Celebration | June 20-30
  • Gen Con | Aug. 1-4
  • Drum Corps International | Aug. 8-10
  • National FFA Convention | Oct. 23-26
  • Big Ten Football Championship | Dec. 7
  • Performance Racing Industry | Dec. 12-14
