Is it just us, or does it sometimes feel impossible to decide what you want when going out to eat?Whether you’re indecisive, planning a special date night, or just want a taste of everything, ditch the standard menu for a night and try a prix fixe (read: fixed price) menu from one of these local restaurants.
Vida, $95+
Enjoy a four-course dinner from the oft-awarded restaurant with standout options including baja kanpachi, hokkaido scallops, and duck breast. You can also upgrade your meal with a sommelier curated pairing.
The dishes on Vida’s prix fixe menu are created by Executive Chef Thomas Melvin, a James Beard semifinalist.
Beholder, $87+
Full participation for this tasting menu is required — but with big rock oysters, jumbo asparagus, and wagyu flat iron steak among the options, going all-in will be easy. Pro tip: This menu can be pescatarian, but it cannot be made fully vegetarian.
