A new tapas restaurant is coming to Carmel. By late August, Matador will take over the space formerly occupied by Italian eatery, Tre. We’re looking forward to the flights of sangria.

We have an update on the low-barrier shelter slated for the corner of Shelby and Georgia streets. The city just broke ground on the 150-bed housing hub, and it’s expected to open in 2027. (CBS4)
