It’s been a huge week for sports in Indiana. The Colts are sitting on their best season-starting record since 2009, the Fever are dominating in the WNBA playoffs, and the Indians made history at Victory Field.

🏈 Colts (NFL) | Est. 1953
The Colts franchise originated from the dissolved Dallas Texans NFL team and was known as the Baltimore, Maryland Colts until 1984, when Robert Irsay moved the team to Indianapolis.
Major accomplishments:
The franchise has won three NFL championships (1958, 1959, 1968) and two Super Bowls (1971, 2007).
The Fever’s new training facility will be connected by skybridge to the Virginia Avenue Parking Garage and Gainbridge Fieldhouse.

🏀 Fever (WNBA) | Est. 2000
The team launched when Indiana was granted an expansion franchise along with the opening of Conseco Fieldhouse. The Fever is owned by Herb Simon, who also owns the Indiana Pacers and Simon Malls.
Major accomplishments:
The Fever took home their first WNBA Championship with an 87-78 victory over the Lynx in 2012.
The team reached the conference finals eight times, including five straight seasons.

These dreams of Heart coming to Indy are finally coming true. The classic rock band will perform at Fishers Event Center on Sunday, March 15. Tickets go on sale this Friday, Sept. 19 at 10 a.m.
