Need a summer gig? Indy Parks is hiring for 400 seasonal positions as lifeguards, camp counselors, park inspectors, food program coordinators, and more. If you complete your paperwork and training before Thursday, April 2, you’ll get a $250 bonus. (WTHR)

The world’s largest steam engine is celebrating America’s 250th anniversary with a coast-to-coast tour. Union Pacific’s Big Boy No. 4014 will start on the west coast Sunday, March 29, and travel from California to Wyoming — the eastern leg is being finalized. While we wait, we’re planning our trip on the Cardinal.
