A new report from Realtor.com shows many of the top housing markets going into 2022 will be in the Midwest — and coming in at No. 4 (drumroll, please) is our Circle City.

How did Indy earn a spot amongst the top? Well, despite our small town feel, we’re the 15th largest city in the US.

We also know how to host, bringing in new faces from all across the country with the annual Indy 500 and NCAA tournamentsand what we’re hosting this weekend is a prime example.

Indy has relatively spacious homes, affordable prices + a good sense of community that is drawing buyers to areas like Carmel, Zionsville, and Noblesville, according to Realtor.com . Plus, you can get anywhere in the city in about an hour.

What also makes Indy a top market is the fact that here, there’s an 8% lower cost of living than the national average, including lower taxes.
