The year is 1928, and the debut of the Indiana Roof Ballroom’s Valentine’s Day Dinner & Dance is well underway. The dance floor is crowded with people dressed to the nines and couples are chatting away at their tables.
Flash forward to 2023, and that same event is back for the first time since the 1960s. On Tuesday, Feb. 14 at 6 p.m., Crystal Signature Events will host the Indianapolis Jazz Orchestra as it plays during a three-course dinner. There will also be an option to add wine and champagne service to your reservations.
Fun fact: Did you know that the ballroom has played host to celebrities like Bing Crosby, Frank Sinatra, Elton John, Julia Roberts, and President John F. Kennedy? You could dance on the same floor they did. Get your tickets.
