We’re now less than a year out from Solar Eclipse Weekend — an event marking the last chance to see a total solar eclipse in the US until 2044 + the last chance in Indy until 2153.

Outside of Texas, Indy will be the largest city with a direct hit in the path of a total eclipse on April 8, 2024 — NASA has even agreed to broadcast the event live from the Speedway with experts on-hand to answer questions.

Getting into the celestial spirit already? More than 100 events are being planned in advance so Hoosiers + an expected influx of over one million visitors can take full advantage of the once-in-a-lifetime event.
