Dining
Nowhere Special Cocktail Lounge | 608 Mass Ave. | Opened June 11, 2023 | The former Libertine Bar spot is owned by the same people behind Ambrosia, Bocca + The Commodore. The new lounge focuses on gin, tequila, and whiskey drinks with a sommelier-curated wine selection and non-alcoholic options.
The English | 5380 N College Ave. | Opened March 31, 2023 | This cocktail lounge across the street from Jazz Kitchen focuses on tequila, bourbon, and champagne with a food menu that includes salmon, steak bites, and charcuterie boards. Pro tip: This is in the same building as The Bulldog — head to the back.
The Quarter | 925 E. Westfield Blvd. | Opened March 2023 | This new dining spot in the heart of Broad Ripple offers a traditional New Orleans cocktail experience with southern-style eats. Pro tip: The patio is dog-friendly + visit on a Tuesday from 7 to 9 p.m. to play Singo (AKA music bingo).
Retail
Digs Garden Center | 1302 Columbia Ave. | Opened April 2023 | Downtown Indy’s only garden center is open right around the corner from North Mass Boulder. You can shop flowering perennials, shrubs, trees, mulch, compost, veggies + supplies while you take in the peaceful atmosphere.
