Did you know? Since 1982, the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) has volunteered to hand check each and every bulb on 52 individual garland strands hung at the Indiana State Fairgrounds for the Circle of Lights ®, ensuring a safer, more beautiful event.
