Since 2014, Indy Eleven has been kicking the ball around IUPUI’s Carroll Stadium and Lucas Oil Stadium. By summer 2025, the team could be playing in a stadium of its very own downtown.
The project
Updated renderings were just released for Eleven Park , which will be located in downtown’s southwest quadrant at the former Diamond Chain property. The $1 billion development will not only include a 20,000-seat multipurpose stadium, but also 600 apartments, 205,000 sqft of office space, parking garages, public plazas with green space, a hotel, and 197,000 sqft for retail space.
The project is planned to break ground this May.
