The Indians will go head-to-head with the Memphis Redbirds on Tuesday, April 2 for the team’s opening night.

Hey Hoosiers, we’re taking you out to the ballgame because Tuesday, April 2 marks the opening night for the Indianapolis Indians’ 122nd season .

To make opening week a real home run, Victory Field is celebrating with themed nights. Here are a few of our favorites:

  • Opening Night | Tuesday, April 2 | 6:35 p.m. | The Indians are offering $1 concessions and a 60-degree weather guarantee — if the temperature is below 60 degrees at first pitch, fans receive a ticket voucher for another April home game.
  • Friday Fireworks | Friday, April 5 | 7:05 p.m. | Bring the family and have a blast with postgame fireworks — plus, receive a pair of Total Solar Eclipse approved glasses when you arrive at the ballpark.
  • Bike to the Ballpark | Saturday, April 6 | 6:35 p.m. | Meet at Sun King Brewery downtown and roll over to Victory Field with a group + celebrate with Sun King’s Path of Totality Beer, available for Eclipse Weekend.
  • Bark in the Park | Thursday, April 18 | 6:35 p.m. | Bring your furry friends to the ballpark to enjoy the game from the left and center field lawns. Dog tickets are $7. Each dog must be accompanied by at least one human.
  • Indy 500 Night | Saturday, April 20 | 6:35 p.m. | Start your engines and head to Victory Field to catch racing-themed in-game entertainment. The Indians will wear specialty Indy 500 jerseys that will be auctioned off until the end of the seventh inning to benefit Indianapolis Indians Charities. Text VICTORY to 79230 to bid.
