Francis + Fern | 421 Mass Ave. | The new Mass Ave retailer is a modern lifestyle + apparel boutique that carries new arrivals in clothing, hats, jewelry, and purses.
Koko Tea | 18 N. Meridian St. | New boba (or bubble) tea shop in the heart of downtown.
Green District Salads | 28 Monument Circle | This new healthy food spot on Monument Circle is serving up “sole food” (you’ll get the pun when you visit the shop) + offers something for everyone.
New Age Ice Cream | 1325 Shelby St. | This new addition to Fountain Square sells vegan ice cream, homemade popsicles, pet popsicles + more.
Black Orchid Barbers | 1220 Waterway Blvd. | The barber shop brought a new location to 16 Tech to help keep you looking your best.

Hotel Indy | 141 E. Washington St. | Indy’s first boutique Tribute Portfolio hotel coming this fall. Along with it comes a new restaurant — The Hulman — and a rooftop bar — The Cannon Ball Lounge.
Shake Shack | 213 N. Pennsylvania St. | Shake Shack is continuing its expansion in the Indy area + this will be the fourth location.
Java House Coffee Bar | On New York St. in the Ardmore building | A local coffee shop with locations up north will soon be bringing its brews downtown.
Gallery on 16th | Near 16th and New Jersey | Gallery Pastry Shop is bringing its pastries, brunch + bubbles to Indy’s Old Northside. The drive-up window is planned to open on Oct. 16.
Amelia’s | The from scratch bread + pastry shop is expanding with a new location in Windsor Park neighboring Kan-Kan. The opening date hasn’t been announced yet.
