Almost exactly one year ago, we let you know that the 50-year-old Pyramids had been acquired by a Speedway-based firm for an upgrade. Now, we’re filling you in on the renovation’s progress .

So far, fitness + conference centers, walking trails, and new trees have revitalized the local office park, which houses Hondros College of Nursing , Hopebridge Autism Therapy Center , and several other businesses. Additional organizations are set to occupy the building as improvements continue.

In the coming months, the renovation will move forward with redesigning entrances, adding outdoor seating, updating elevators, and changing up the landscape. Don’t worry — no major exterior improvements will be made to affect the aesthetic of the exterior.
