A new exhibition opens at Newfields on Saturday, May 10.

“THE LUME: Connection: Land, Water, Sky – Art & Music from Indigenous Australian” at Newfields features immersive projections, music, and stories from over 100 contemporary Indigenous Australian artists. Visitors can experience art, culture, and nature in one unforgettable visit.

The themes of land, water and sky take visitors on a journey through Australia, where over 500 paintings, stories and photographs come together to create a singular experience celebrating the oldest continuous tradition of art-making in the world. Set to a score of Indigenous Australian music, “Connection” comes to life with a powerful soundtrack comprised of both legends and modern musicians.

Pro tip: One admission ticket gets you access to the whole Newfields’ experience (read: not only access to the exhibition, but also the entire Newfields campus, including art, gardens, and more). Plan your visit below.
