You may recall Indiana-based film production company Pigasus Pictures from when we told you about “So Cold the River” filmed at West Baden Springs Hotel in French Lick.

Now that same film company is getting ready to debut a new film starring Dylan Sprouse (“Suite Life of Zach & Cody”), Callan McAuliffe (“The Walking Dead”) and Patrick Warburton (“Seinfeld”).

“The Duel” was filmed in the Indianapolis area during the pandemic in 2020 and features several locations you may recognize, including:

  • The Inferno Room tiki bar in Fountain Square
  • The catacombs beneath City Market

The film follows Woody (McAuliffe), who upon discovering that his best friend, Colin (Sprouse), has been having an affair with his girlfriend, decides that no modern form of revenge could possibly satisfy him. Instead, Woody challenges him to a duel to the death.

The world premiere of the “The Duel” will be on Sunday, July 28 at Hilbert Circle Theatre downtown + will be distributed through Lionsgate and screening in 500+ theaters nationwide starting Wednesday, July 31. Tickets to the premiere start at $50.
