Ezra’s Enlightened Cafe released a cookbook

The popular plant-based eatery closed last year and has been talking about compiling its best recipes into a cookbook ever since. Now it’s here.

Have you been missing Ezra’s since it closed more than a year ago? Well, now you have the chance to make some of your favorite plant-based dishes at home.

When the cafe announced it was closing in 2022, it also teased a cookbook with some of its most-loved recipes. Fingers crossed it includes the raspberry vanilla “cheezecake.”

“Enlighten Your Plate: Plant-Based & Gluten-Free Recipes from the Beloved Ezra’s Enlightened Café” is available in paperback on Amazon, at Barnes & Nobles, or through Balboa Press. Happy cooking.
