This summer, there will be plenty of ways to explore the city along the Indianapolis Cultural Trail.

The festival will serve as an opportunity to rededicate the Japanese Garden at Carmel City Hall, a serene space completed in 2009 as part of the 15th anniversary of the sister city recognition.
