What’s better than a local bar? A local bar with a holiday-themed pop-up.

It’s the most wonderful time of the year + there are several over-the-top holiday bars that are popping up around the city.

Operation: Salute to Santa, Hotel Tango Fletcher Place
Hotel Tango is making spirits bright with a festive holiday pop-up bar featuring limited-edition holiday craft cocktails, a crackling fireplace, cozy vibes, and camaraderie.

Yuletide Tiki Tavern, Gather 22
The team at Gather 22 enclosed part of its spacious patio just in time for winter. Step into its tropical holiday paradise with festive drinks made with Mount Gay Rum + exotic flavors. Pro tip: There will also be family-friendly and non-alcoholic options. The cozy tiki-inspired pop-up will be here through Friday, Jan. 31.

Fresh Pots Coffee Bar
This downtown Greenwood coffee shop is hosting a holiday pop-up bar, only on certain dates. It’ll be open from 6 to 10 p.m. for 21+ guests on: Saturday, Dec. 21, Monday, Dec. 23, and Friday, Dec. 27.

Sippin’ Santa, Almost Famous
Now through the first week of January, Santa is hitting the beach at this tropical-themed holiday pop-up bar with tiki food and drink menus. The glassware is so cute you’ll want to take it home — and it’s for sale.

The Nutcracker Suite, HC Tavern + Kitchen
Check out the second floor patio of the restaurant complete with themed decor, festive drinks, photo-ops, and “The Nutcracker” playing in the background. The pop-up is for 21+ guests on a first come, first served basis. It’s open Saturdays-Mondays⁠ from 4 p.m. to close.

Miracle on 82nd Street, Harry & Izzy’s
Harry and Izzy’s has brought the beloved “Miracle On 34th Street” movie to life in their cozy enclosed terrace. Pro tip: Enjoy the festive drinks and decor before or after a dinner reservation. This 21+ pop-up is available Thursdays-Sundays through Sunday, Dec. 22 from 4 p.m. to close.

3UP’s rooftop lounge has been transformed with cozy fires, seasonal craft cocktails, and a festive holiday makeover to celebrate the holiday season. Winter Wonderland is open to guests 21+ on Wednesdays-Thursdays from 5 to 10 p.m. and Fridays-Saturdays from 5 p.m. to midnight through Friday, Jan. 31.

Prancer’s Parlour, Hotel Carmichael
Just steps away from Carmel Christkindlmarkt is Prancer’s, where twinkling lights, festive cocktails, and gourmet bites create the perfect holiday escape. You must be 21+ to enter. Pro tip: RSVPs on Eventbrite are recommended, but not required.
