Saraga International Grocery, 3605 Commercial Dr. + 2308 E. Stop 11 Rd. + 8448 Center Run Dr.
This international grocery store opened its first Indy location in November 2005. Saraga means “living” in Korean, and its mission is to provide diverse food and goods. Pro tip: The Castleton location also has a top-notch food court, where you can find everything from fresh French-Asian inspired baked goods to Korean-style corn dogs.

La Cieba Supermarket, 502 N. Rural St.
This Latinx/Hispanic grocery store on the city’s near east side carries Goya food products, meats, and produce from various Latin American countries.

Van’s Family Asian Grocery, 1345 W. Southport Rd., Ste. 7
At this family-owned store on the south side, you’ll find a lot of fresh greens, produce, and Asian pastries. Pro tip: Make sure to bring cash if you’re going to be spending less than $10.

Mi Gente International Grocery, 3456 Shadeland Ave.
This is one of the best stops in town for live seafood. It also carries an incredible variety of international soft drinks, hard-to-find spices, and even cleaning products from other countries.

Viet Hua Food Market, 6336 E. 82nd St. + 8031 Madison Ave.
This massive market carries quality Asian grocery items from around the Pacific Rim. City Editor Shea gets her ramen ingredients, Japanese curry mix, and Kewpie mayo here.

Patel Brothers, 4959 W. 38th St. + 6302 E. 82nd St.
If you’ve got a craving for paneer, mango lassi, or fresh samosas, this Indian grocery store will be your favorite place in town. Bonus: It’s right across the parking lot from Viet Hua.

One World Market of Indiana, 8466 Castleton Corner Dr.
