May is National Bike Month — an initiative established in 1956 to celebrate the benefits of bicycling.

Since Indy is working to increase its bikeability score with the expansion of the Cultural Trail, we’re sharing six local shops where you can purchase a new or used bicycle (or tune up the one you have).

Mark your calendar. Bike to Work Week is next week Monday, May 15-Sunday, May 21 + Bike to Work Day is on Friday, May 19.
