The Fever is spreading.

Pacers Sports & Entertainment announced it’s building a $78 million practice + training facility for the Indiana Fever at the site of the former Marion County Jail. Construction will begin in August and is expected to wrap in spring 2027.

The three-story, 100,000-sqft facility will include:

  • Two regulation-sized basketball courts
  • Strength and conditioning equipment
  • A yoga and Pilates area
  • A full-service kitchen
  • A “spa-like retreat” with massage, infrared light therapy, sauna, steam, heat studios, float tanks, and hydrotherapy pools
  • A private outdoor courtyard and “mental performance spaces”
  • A hair and nail salon
  • A child care space
  • A podcast and content production studio

Sounds dreamy — but will the public be able to get a peek inside? The organization said the facility will offer “exclusive experiences” and a Fever team store.
