Tyrese Haliburton was named a starter for the 2024 NBA All-Star Game in Indy.

If you weren’t familiar with Pacers guard Tyrese Haliburton, you are now.

From the JW Marriott to the Indiana Convention Center to Lucas Oil Stadium to Gainbridge Fieldhouse — the star basketball player’s face is plastered all over the city for NBA All-Star Weekend.

So, it comes as no surprise to us that Haliburton is the most influential player on the Pacers roster this season. Of the team, he has the most followers on social media at more than 718,000.

Of course, that’s not the most impressive thing about him. Here are some of his slam dunk facts:

  • He’s averaged 3.1 three-pointers per game this season.
  • His most points in a game was 44 against the Heat on Thursday, Nov. 30.
  • For the ongoing 2023-24 NBA season, Haliburton is slated to earn $5,808,435 — making him the ninth-highest-paid player on the Pacers roster.
  • He became the 15th player in NBA history to average 20+ points and 10+ assists for an entire season.
  • Tyrese just reached 4,000 career points during Monday’s game against the Hornets.
