This fall, the Builders Association of Greater Indianapolis (BAGI) is excited to bring back the 2025 Lee Supply Corp Home-A-Rama — returning to the beautiful Chatham Hills community in Westfield.

Next month, homebuyers, design enthusiasts, and residents are invited to tour seven stunning custom homes built by eight of Central Indiana’s leading custom home builders.

Here’s the scoop on what’s in store.

A showcase of custom craftsmanship

This year’s Home-A-Rama features show homes from a lineup of diverse and innovative local builders, including:

  • Custom Living
  • AR Homes
  • McKenzie Pierrot Homes
  • aaNovo Design Build
  • Randy Shaffer Custom Homes & Kent Shaffer Homes
  • Scott B. Campbell Custom Homes & Development
  • Sigma Builders

Each home highlights the latest architectural trends, interior design ideas, and smart-home technology — from bright, open floor plans to smooth indoor-outdoor living spaces.

Prices range from about $1.85 million to $4.59 million, offering a wide variety of luxury and style to explore.

Mark your calendars

If you can’t make opening weekend, don’t worry — there are plenty of chances to visit.

Show homes will be open Thursday through Sunday across three weekends:

  • Sept. 11-14
  • Sept. 18-21
  • Sept. 25-28

Show homes open at 12 p.m. and stay open until 8 p.m. for scheduled ticket holders. Pro tip: Timed-entry options are available.
